This program of study consists of fundamental computing and general education courses followed by studies in communication design principles and application projects. Through classroom and laboratory experience students receive instruction and can begin to develop skills in authoring software, motion graphics development, visual design principles and other related technical subjects. In this program, students are taught how to perform technical tasks associated with the design and creation of interactive multimedia communication.

Graduates of this program can begin to prepare for career opportunities in various fields involving multimedia communication in a variety of entry-level positions.
